Sheryl is a 33 year veteran of the new home industry. Prior to establishing her consulting firm in 2001, Sheryl worked on hundreds of new condominium communities for Toronto’s leading developers, working her way from site administrator to VP, Marketing and Chief Operating Officer. Her experience performing every job in the Sales/Rental Office and later as a Marketing executive has given her a keen understanding of the process and what is required to manage all of the team members.
Sheryl Erenberg and Associates now provides marketing services from feasibility studies to lease-up campaigns for new purpose built communities and repositioning programs for underperforming buildings. The company is the leading provider of training programs for leasing professionals in Ontario.
